Therapeutic Approach
“The most important relationship we have is with ourselves, and sometimes that relationship can be the most challenging to navigate. My approach to therapy focuses on exploring identity, identifying needs, building self-compassion, and making meaning from life experiences".”
We work collaboratively with clients to support the sharing of their lived experiences. We offer a compassionate and validating approach to build and strengthen the therapeutic relationship. We believe in the importance of using an integrative approach that prioritizes you!
We use tools rooted in Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Inner Child Work, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
